friends,
colleagues, brothers and sisters,
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah
It’s a great pleasure
to be here as a keynote speaker to address about the Muslim world discourse. As
we all aware of the Qatar crisis starts on 5th June, for us the 11th
of Ramadan. When the whole Muslim world devoted themselves with the holy spirit
of Ramadan, when all the distinguished key world leaders of the non-Muslim
states were preaching the spirit of Ramadan and attending in the fasting iftar party, right at that moment a
sanction was declared leaded by the Holy Mosques’ custodian Saudi Arabia and
her axis Bahrain, U.A.E. and Egypt against Qatar.
Dear
fellows,
The question came in my
mind a tiny gulf state with an area of approximately 12,000 sq. km with two and
quarter million people bordering by the Persian Gulf and Saudi Arabia – how
they could harm the Gulf Nations!
- Well, if the axis-states
believe they help hamas, they are the elected representative of
Palestinian. And this help should be
done because we belong to Islam and on the humanitarian ground no matter which
religion they belongs to, also the main architect of modern KSA, the King Abdul
Aziz Ibn Saud protested against the USA President Mr. Truman in 1948 not to recognize
Israel as a state in the state of Palestine.
- Question pops up why KSA
changing their attention and direction given by their ancestor!
- Let’s refresh our
memories: at Egyptian crisis while the Muslim Brotherhood fled from their
native land they were given shelter by KSA also this MB’s has had a great
contribution to build KSA.
-Well, we understand
media is a power, I heard lot of cacophonies while I was little, from CNN and
BBC about Palestine and other Muslim world. But now al-jazeera could be the resultant
force as a diagonal thinking.
-Moving or removing of
troops for a nation is their internal matter and no one can interfere a
sovereign state’s classified decision. I
don’t know any state can put their independency and sovereignty in stake?
- Let’s see what social
media say about why Qatar has been targeted:-
·
Qatar has the highest per capita income
in the world at the rate of 146 thousand dollars annually;
·
it is the second country in the world in
the number of millionaires approximately 30 thousand millionaires;
·
it is the first Arab and fourth in the world

·

production.
In addition the largest gas reservoir in the
world is in the gulf ocean demarcated by two countries territories and need to
Iran and Qatar’s coalition to explore. Perhaps that is another recipe added in
the embargo.
Dear Participants,
What should be the role of GCC, Arab-NATO, and OIC? Is it
a majority decision of Arab nations? Also what are the positions of Muslim
states? The answer is not clear yet. Well, let me say my opinion as a
Bangladeshi. We have a good relation with gulf nations and we want to endure our
relation without malice to other. We would like to see new modern Arab will be
based on principles of caring each other, dignity, and respect. And my believe
Qatar will come out with much stronger from this crisis because they had a
bitter experience in 2014.
I believe that time
is the best healer. I still believe that OIC, UN and other major world players
will contribute their constructive role for end. Hoping the best, thanks again
for patience hearing.
Allah Hafiz
